Possibly found 1 part of the puzzle why the base dyno was lower than Viapa had earlier (remember he said he had 373 rwhp) (@Viapa, please correct me if I am wrong).

Here is the link where Bip also shows the a/f ratio, which explains at least part of the losses:

Maybe they have another explanation to the lower base line run, but to say now you gain 40 rwhp isn't proven yet. From the data given to date, it seems more like 20 to 30 rwhp gains, which is still not bad for headers alone.

So Viapa,

It appears that you could pick up some very substantial hp by correcting your overly rich mixture that is costing you 10-20 hp.

Congrats on getting the headers.
How has the sound changed?

Ok everyone the moment you've waited for... The headers are now installed. I've driven the car on the highway and city streets. The engine sound has much more grunt at startup. You can tell the engine has a less restricted sound to it. The car feels lighter on it's feet. At low speeds the throttle response is lightning quick! You can tell the difference in the mid range around 35 to 55 mph. Passing is effortless. The sound of the headers, supercharger whine and the Borla exhaust is intoxicating to say the least. Merging onto the highway is nothing! Cruising on the highway at 75mph is where you can tell the engine feels more wide open. Throttle response is beefier! Floor it at 75mph and 100mph will blur by! Interior noise is up but not at all unbearable. Now you are going to hear the headers at low speeds but like I said not at all unbearable. I would strongly recommend the BPI headers to anyone considering doing any upgrades to their XJR. The price will be $2500 for the BPI Headers once released for sale. This is my final project on my XJR. Now it's time to start my first project on my 02 MBZ CLK55AMG. Kleemann headers and Kleemann supercharger kit!

Who does ECU tuning besides Eurotek?

I don't have a confirmed source yet for a tune, that is on the back burner for now. Since my car appears to already have some sort of tune-see my "credible dyno" post which has air fuel mixtures in the attached pictures, I'm not in a rush to get one until I'm done with this round of mods.

I will look into it more when I get more time as I will want one too when i am done with my mods. Mine will be a pretty complicated scenario.

I will let you/everyone know if I do find someone that does a reliably good job.

You seem to be pretty close with xjr-0220, he did claim to be able to tune the ecu, so what happened there?

I had asked him about getting a tune, but as he seems more than overwhelmed with what he already has going in his life it seems he does not want to go further down the road of biting off more than he can chew with having much more on his plate than he can handle so he told me he would rather not add to that by being a broker for whomever he knows that is good with tuning.

So it is safe to say that he is not available as a source for tuning.

Odd, he claimed that his friend Kurt has put serious time in a ECM and even TCM tune for re-sale, and then he stops as he doesn't want to be a broker? Kurt must be pretty pissed...

Well then you next best bet is via Count Iblis, you probably couldn't get a better one to do it.

If that's the case, then easy solution: not be the middleman.
