Does anyone know where I can get drilled /grooved brake discs, and suitable pads to fit a 2000/2001 3.2 x308 exec. at reasonable cost in UK. I have searched many manufacturers and stockists, but they all seem to omit the 3.2 in their vehicle lists for non standard discs. Any help would be invaluable. Many thanks in anticipation.

You would be far better sticking with standard discs, much cheaper and are perfectly capable of stopping your car.
Chassis is exactly the same an no SC 4.0 litre.
You can go for better pads of which a number are available...Mintex...i prefer Akebonos but they may not be asy to aquire in your area.

Both these are pretty low dust equivelants.
The carbon dust is usually from cheap generic pads....I had this problem until I changed over to Akebonos....marvellous, no dust!
They take a little bedding in and don't appreciably wear the discs any more than others.
I have 76,000klm on the pads and they arte only half worn.
I had to import mine from US a couple of years ago.
You can also get them from Amazon.

Hi xjay8. Thanks for your help and advice. However, I'm starting to get a little confused. Some in the forum say Redstuff are too dusty, Yellowstuff are ok. But EBC say that yellowstuff is NOT rated as low dust, and for a low dust pad, Redstuff should be used. So guys, which is best for low dust, fast street use? Meanwhile, anybody got a spare anchor I can sling out of the back door window in emergencies?

Thank you all for your continuing input guys. I have always been a believer that no matter what the advertisers say, the users always know better. So, it will be normal discs, with Yellowstuff, or Akebono pads.
Keep it up guys, proud to be numbered amongst you.
