Default Broken part under the hood, what is it?

The plastic hose or pipe has cracked. What is this part called? Circled in read.

I believe it is called the coolant "crossover pipe". It costs about $75.00 as I remember, and is really easy to install- about 30 min. if yoiu are slow.

Some also call it "water distribution or outlet pipe"...
You can get it here for ~$40 (if its in stock)

The bit below it also cracks, the thermostat housing. Welsh Industries of the US do an aluminium replacement
