I have a normal brush tailored for leather seats but it will take hours to clean so I'd rather speed the process with the brush. Is it ok to use?

It will probably work okay but I would much rather use a brush by hand so you have more control.

Modern leather has the colour applied as a surface coating followed by a protective clearcoat. This gives an even finish at considerably lower cost than the old aniline dye process but makes it prone to damage from abrasion resulting in the typical bolster wear we see so often reported on the forums.

I would use something like that brush on the carpets but definitely nowhere near the seats. Cleaning by hand with a specialised cream cleaner doesn't take long and minimises risk of damage.
