ok, so when I built the motor I originally vacumed and refilled the A/C. Everything worked nice and dandy for a year and than my trouble started. Since I originally put UV reative fluid into the system I noticed a small leak at the combination switch/pressure sensor (driver front of the engine compartment). I added some freon with a sealer and that's when things really got ugly. The compressor seized and the clutch rubber ring fell apart.(after I took the compressor out to replace it it appears fine minus the clutch so I'm thinking it was pressure locked). Well, I installed a used compressor. Vacuumed and refilled the system scanner and manifold hooked up pretty much following factory specs and the performance I was getting was very inconsistent. It would work better sometimes and sometimes worse, seems like it would depend on outside temperature/humidity. Well, the other day it stopped working completely and again the clutch plate rubber broke.
So since parts are not that much I ordered a new clutch $30, new drier and a new expansion valve (where does it go?), but before I tear into it I wanted to consult with the experts that might have more experiance with A/C on this particular car. Any other ideas?

I've worked on AC systems for many years and if I know that a customer has used a sealer I will not work on their AC. Not only does it block their system up it will also potentially wreck my AC equipment. If you have a leak in an AC system then replace the leaking part do not use leak sealer. In your case I would recommend you go to an AC shop and have the system flushed but it aint cheap because the flushing equipment is very expensive for the shop to buy and it takes a couple of hours to do a proper job.

That's the reason why we should take the help from a technician before installing an ac. Now, please don't do any innovation and call some professionals. I always prefer ac installation palm beach gardens center as they provide very quick and an economical service.
