CATS Module Location

It should be under the passenger side of the dash, under the footwell. I didn't take pictures when I took mine out earlier this week, but basically, if you were to stand on your head under the dash (or lay in the seat with your head in the footwell), it's just above the plastic trim piece there. There's a 10mm bolt holding it down, and the other end is a notched tab, so just take the bolt out and you should be able to wiggle it free, though the wires will need some wrangling too. The bundle of wires and connector are larger than you expect them to be. Here's a diagram showing both RHD and LHD cars. The CATS module is listed as the Active Damping Control module.

And to give you an idea of how it was mounted and the tabs, the module itself looks kinda like this:

^^^^^^^this guy got it.
It may be easier to remove glove box. I think 3 screws top and bottom, pull the bulb out and the whole unit comes out.
This gives you room to slide in and look around. It will be on outside panel.
From outside the car it is on the opposite side of the Jaguar emblem on the quarter panel.

Open glove box, unhinge it if you can, slide your hand in on the right you'll feel a long plug.. It's hard to fully unplug it but you just need to pull it half out to kill the CATs system. Ive done this on my Super V8
