Ok here is a good one. Replaced all 4 O2 Sensors, which by the way was a Pain in the rear LOL. Had a 1646 Code which means Passenger Side O2. Now the check Engine Light is still on. Whats the trick to reset the Light if you don't have an Code Reader? I can't get my Emissions done with the light on. Thank you for all ya all's help

You need some kind of scan tool to extinguish the CEL. Autozone will read the codes, but not shut off the light as a policy, unless you can sweet talk them. You can buy one now for practically nothing (less than $50) that will delete codes....providing the fault is cured.
You might still have a problem. I haven't any personal experience with aftermarket O2 Sensors, but if you used a generic O2 Sesnsor replacement, some have reported continuing P-Code faults as it appears the operating voltage range of some generics exceeds the ECMs range threshold.
