I am the proud owner of 1998 VDP and use the cigar lighter as a charger for my cell phone quit working. Thelighter in back seat is also out. I checked the appropiate fuse and it is fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I had the same problem, I checked out the fuse where the manual said it was and there was none there. If you open the trunk and check fuse no 5 (25A) in the fusebox close to the battery compartment, that will probaly fix it.
