I've always had to have the screws loose and lifted it up and then tighten them down, but it never had to have been much. Are you sure your seated correctly?

The two white pegs on the bottom are in their seat. This is really weird

+1 on the screws not lined up, need some attention to line them up correctly.

If only I could show how much I've tried to tweak this thing in every way. I'll definitely give it another go - I've reseated it probably 8 times now. No matter what way I hold it up or down the bezel just ends up doing the same thing. Even grabbed a graveyard bezel just to make sure I'm not losing my mind. I'm the type to have this luck with simple projects, lol.

Are you sure the cluster itself is assembled correctly (no idea what you did to have them out), and that the wood is lined up correctly?
I removed the gauges several times, remember that lining up those bolts is a bit of a pain, but nothing dramatic.

I swapped the 4 168s and the 4 T5s. I didnt take the cluster apart to tackle any of the other bulbs.

I can see the misalignment before I put the wood back on and putting the wood on doesn't cover up the void that I'm seeing
