Default CODE: P1341. Is it ever not a big deal?

Cam shaft position sensor error.

Has anyone here addressed this and it turned out NOT to be a MAJOR issue?
(Such as a sensor replacement, etc.) What's it USUALLY turn out to be?

Thanks, gentlemen.
