Codes p1316,p0353, p0354, p0355, p0356, p0358
I'm getting these codes on my 2000 Jaguar Vanden Plas. I know that code 0353, 0354, 0355, 0356 are coil codes. So I moved coil 3 to 1 and 4 to 2 and coil 5 to 7 and 6 to 8. Still getting same codes with an additional P0358. I hoped the misfires would move but didn't. What should be the next step I take?

That's very much the same symptoms I had when my ECM failed.
First, be certain your battery is good and all of the connections are tight and clean. I expect they are, as low voltage also causes several other false DTC's.
If you can eliminate the battery and connections, it's possible the ECM is at fault. I sent mine to Automotive Scientific in Tn. where they will test it for about $55, I think. If it is bad and can be repaired, the test fee will be applied to the repair cost.

I'm not quite sure. I was getting a lot of different codes before I had the battery charged completely. I was considering that it could be related to me switching out the actuator but I did everything correctly except using the crankshaft locking tool.

I have not checked. I guess that will be the next thing I do, check the compression on the cylinders. What other issues could it be? The car drives great until it goes into restricted performance mode. I moved the coils, had the ECU fixed. I haven't changed the spark plugs or fuel injectors. Could it be one of these?
