Confusing #ing System in the Jag Factory Workshop Manual
I have never understood the #ing system for procedures in the X-308 factory workshop manual. The procedures listed in same each begin with 3-digit #s, then usually a dash followed by an additional 2- or 3-digit #. HOWEVER, if a particular procedure refers to some other procedure that needs to be done before that one, it refers to those procedures usually by a 2-digit #, then a "." then another 2-digit #, then another "." and then a final 2-digit #, e.g. 82.20.36. Was reading the procedure to r/r the clock, which requires that the "center fascia vent piece" (IIRC) be removed first for access to the backside of the clock, and provides that particular # for the procedure. Of course, there is no such #ed procedure in the manual! Are those 2/2/2 #d procedures supposed to be found elsewhere?
