Crank pulley wobble.

When I replaced my belt tensioner pulley and a/c compressor pulley bearing I noticed that the crank pulley wobbles a bit. I put a stick to it and confirmed it's not an optical illusion; both the pulley and the belt coming off of it move enough that the inconsistency is detectable in the way it touches the stick.
A very knowledgeable member on here has speculated that the most likely cause is distorted rubber within the pulley assembly itself. I hope this is correct since that means I could replace the pulley with a non-distorted one and everything will be smooth again.
Quick questions:
1) Does the crank bolt thread in normal (right = tight) or is it reversed like the tensioner pulley bolt.
2) Is the torque rating 350 ft lbs? If not, what is it?
3) Does my impact wrench have any chance of loosening this bolt, and is there any potential for damage to the car if I in fact use an air impact wrench?
4) If I rent standard holding and pulling tools from the local auto parts store, are they pretty universal or will I need something more specific because it's a Jaguar?
Thanks guys!

If you do a search for crank pulley removal you will find all the info. The main thing is that the pulley can be refurbished, but the person doing it doesn't work every day. I think the link below will help:
