Default Data Logging - is my engine OK?

I just bought a OBDCOM scanner and logged some data last night. I am wondering if the values look normal for an SC engine. I don't have any codes or DTC's - I am just curious if anything seems out of range

Any feedback is appreciated
Thanks

Data formatted that way is sort of a jumble, but it appears rather normal. Will your software put it in graph form?? That can make more sense and be easier to follow.

Here's an example of data in graphs.

Cheers,

Thank you for your reply Steve. My logger is does not have the capabilities of what you showed but I think it offers some basic graph options. I will check

LTFT is not shown in the data log. What would be a "normal" range for LTFT?

Ideally you want them around zero, but in practice, plus or minus about 8% is something you can live with.

My papers in this thread will help explain fuel trims.

xjrguy - great write-up , now I understand fuel trims. I think I will put my oil cap back on and plug coil pack #7 back in

Cheers,
Read them ages ago, and then again after the first OBD session with the new toy/tool

The numbers are similar on both sides with LTFT at +8 percent and STFT at -5 percent or so. The STFT does not seem to pull the LTFT back towards zero. The LTFT stays positive and the STFT stays negative.

So it seems more logging and a third read of the papers is ahead
