I've ordered from them, but did not have any problems, just fine products and service.

Amen.

How mistakes are handled is one of the best ways to determine if you're dealing with a quality company or a crummy one. When the going gets a little rough some outfits stand up and put their best foot forward. Others duck, and run for cover.

A problem dealt with honestly and professionally will often *increase* customer loyalty and satisfaction. I've witnessed this numerous times.

Cheers

It was a poll and not meant to bash Welsh, apology not needed but a "thank you for addressing my situation would be good".

Hats off to Pops for sticking in the thread with the interrogation of the initial posts.

Thanks Doug for explaining why one would purchase parts so far away with local dealers nearby...as I can relate.

Having lived in Norway, I frequently purchased my car parts, electronics, clothing etc. from "back home" as the Norwegian prices were beyond the average price. I was very happy to find vendors who'd ship items overseas, as their quite a few who would not. Another bright spot was having an APO address and not being weighed down with customs taxes and wait periods.

Case and point...ordered a projector screen for $250 using my Norwegian address. After custom taxes for import, another FedEx fee for delivery screen cost me $600. From that point forward I only used my APO address or waited for trips to Germany to purchase items that I could wait for. DVD in the US $19 Norway $43..yikes

Thank you Pops and Welsh for allowing me to see how "things should be" when dealing with a reputable seller.

Off my soap box(all this weight might have a bad outcome)
