Drivers door help
Very occasional poster here, but I have gotten great help in the past.
My wife's '02 XJR has had several problems with the drivers door.
First the inside door handle cable broke. I replaced the cable only. Then the latch broke. Got lucky and found one for $20 bucks at a junk yard. I replace it and all was good for a while.
Last week the outside door handle broke. followed the next day by the inside door handle. Not the cable.
I now have all the parts. Inside door handle and cable, ouside door handle and door latch.
I'm concerned that the there is some underlying problem that caused the door latch to bind causing the two handles to break.
There are no obvious signs of the door sagging, and the door lines look like they are even.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so I just tore the door apart again to replace all the parts for the handles and the latch.
Turns out once I took the latch out and closed the door there is about a 1/4 to 1/2 sag in the door. I guess when I looked before the door latch pulled it into alignment.
At least I now know what has been causing part failure.
Now new question.
How do you adjust the door hinges to remove the sag?
