You have a short somewhere. It is most likely in one of the window circuits. Check for loose connections around the window switches and window motors. Try to isolate what is happening when the fuse blows. Is there a specific circuit that is active when the fuse blows? if so, that is most likely the circuit that has the short in it. Also look at points were the wire is touching something. Sometimes if a wire is in contact with a metal bracket of a similar structure in the car, the insulation will be rubbed off over the years and the wire will short out on the metal. If you find something like that wrap the wire in electrical tape to insulate it.

Battery's new this year IE 6 mo.'s old(also the OEM spec. battery) & tests as such. I may try the hard reset & see if that clears it, it's getting annoying, seems it always happens as I need to roll my window down @ the bank or drive-thru etc. lol.
