So, Last night, i spent some time on the jag fixing the center ac vent motor. FIx that, go to sleep, wake up the next morning to start the car and have an electrical mess. I cannot control the side mirrors, or the telescoping wheel. Instead, they move as they please in pulsing movements in direct correlation to a clicking sound behind the glovebox. I removed the glovebox and found the noise is coming from a metal box module with a wiring harness. I did not touch any wiring harnesses or anything. Also, the wiper arm moves as well and my maplights and trunk lights don't work.
I really hope this is a relay problem, don't know if i can deal with any more problems this week!!
UDPDATE: Just removed the module, it is the Body control module BCM. Clicking occurred when grounded to Airbag support frame. THe foam deteriorated and the contact of metal to metal caused it to click. I fixed that.... Now i am able to use my presets to adjust the steering wheel to my position, but not working from the button. Maplights still out, and still can't control mirrors. Maybe a bad BCM.
