EMS Fuse Box location 2003 XJ Sport?
Having an issue with 2003 XJ Sport starting and believe the newly replaced battery is not the issue. Getting a distinct starter click but no start. In the past a good overnight charge with a CTEK or a bump from my Range Rover would do the trick. No luck this time.
Trying to chase the issue within the XJ-X308 Workshop Manual and it refers to "Fuse 3 of the EMS fuse box". Can someone please let me know what that would be located? This is a US model, so LHD.
Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. Roughly 60K miles. Thanks much in advance.

Thanks for all the replies. I was able to find the Electrical Guide here: http://www.jagrepair.com/images/Auto.../jagxj2003.pdf
Will post back with steps if I discover a fix.

The 2001, 2002 and 2003 Electrical Guides are all the same.
When the new guides came out every year, we got a package from Jaguar to put into our 3 ring binders.
The 2002 XJ electrical guide was just a single page that year. Cover page printed with 2001/2002 MY.
Then again in 2003 a single cover page 2001,2002,2003 MY.
Simple instructions, REPLACE COVER PAGE.
No changes as they expected the NEW XJ (X350) introduction so they just made the X308 until then.

I would check the starter relay for burned contacts and maybe swap it with a less important good one in the trunk like a rear fog light relay. If that doesn’t help, use a heavy duty jumper wire (preferably fused) to jump terminals 30 and the one directly across from it which I believe is 87a. If you look at the wiring diagram, you’ll want to jump pins 3 & 5. That’s applying system voltage to the starter solenoid. If that still doesn’t crank the engine over, you’ll want to check the ground strap at the bottom on the engine for good ground continuity and then check the starter motor itself. The main fat wire coming off the alternator going to the starter is live. You could also use an old screwdriver (BE CAREFUL) and jump the fat wire of the starter to the small wire terminal directly above it. There’s also the bulkhead power stud just behind the passenger side front upper shock mount that might need attention.

Update and need for starter location
Thanks for the replies. After chatting with local Jaguar general manager, who I know and trust, he suggested a starter issue with a just a click was likely a battery issue. However after having just replaced it that is very unlikely that's the issue.
Someone else suggested giving the starter motor a good bang with broomstick or a hammer.
While I can jack it up for a look I need a photo or other image to identify it. Can someone please post a pic or tell me where to look for it so I can give it a whack? Thanks again - obviously I'm a novice but want to learn.
