You need a SC AJ27 to put in place, preferably of the same model year for the tensioners being done. I don't believe a "temporary" swap is a good option, this would be a one and done IMHO.
I don't see a location in your signature, so I can't make any recommendations for an area, but if your in NA, here's a link...Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market , other than that, there's always eBay. I would stick your nose in The Marketplace and see what's available. Top task bar, 5th from the left.

Any XJ or XK AJ27 4.0 SuperCharged engine will bolt right in. (2000 to 2002MY XK or 2000 to 2003MY XJ)
The later engine (engine SN 0108130000 ONWARD) will have the Morse style silent running chains and other modifications but you can use the ENTIRE COMPLETE engine from the similar car and it will plug right up and operate normally.
Some internal engine parts will not interchange but complete engines will work.
The 1998 and 1999 SuperCharged engines are different and will not work without MODIFICATION!!!!
