ever want more?

British cars have their quirks, no doubt. But they also have exquisitly appointed interiors, and a "feel" no other maker can replicate. I am not saying that "they are the best" (I drive MBZ and BMW also), but there IS a different feel to a British made vehicle.
I didn't have a chance to drive any of the newer Jag models, but the "old school" Jags feel and smell like a "gentleman's den" with the blend of English leather, walnut, pipe tobacco, scotch, and silence. No wonder that one with the taste in finer things in life, gravitates toward them.
So, to answer your question,....no it's not strange that you want another British made vehicle. They get under your skin easily, and some of us spend a lot of money keeping them on the road. The old Jags were awfull (electrically and mechanically!), but they had a "feel". I'm affraid the new ones are way better in the electrical/mechanical department, but lack in the "feel" department.
