Default Exhaust tips

Gents
Can someone point me in the direction of more "robust" exhaust tips? Not sure why but I've become fixated on the gap between the tips and body.

TIA

Have you tried Mina Gallery?

Or perhaps Adamesh?

What tips do you have? Jaguar do a nice 3.5" X 3" oval for just over $50 the pair, extremely cheap for an OE item and will fit directly onto you exhaust

Adamesh was 100 quid and Mina had some for $50 so good call there. Very curious about the OEM ones though...I'll probably call my local dealer today. Thanks for the heads up!

Check out Summit Racing for all the exhaust tips you could ever want.

http://www.summitracing.com/search/p...rder=Ascending

I personally like the offerings from Borla, Magnaflow, and Corsa. But you can find ANYTHING you want in there. Weld-on, bolt-on, oval, round, square, straight cut, angle cut, rolled edge, straight edge. They literally have over a thousand to choose from.

Jegs has bazillions on offer as well.

Mine seem to small as well. (XJ8) Once I put the 18inch Asteriods on the car, the tips really look out of place. I like going with the larger ovals. Ideas from anyone?

I feel the original XJR tips look somehow out of place, so I did this mockup to see how smaller-diameter quad tips would suit the rear. I kind of like it.

That Mina site is nice, those chrome mirror caps & door handle finishers are good as bought lol. Anybody have any experience with their shipping time frame,

so I called two local Jag dealers and
NNC6721BA
Comes as 1 piece and it was $55. So the pair would be $110. Perhaps theres another pn?

I think the 3.5 x 3 would look nice. My stock ones seem to be 3 x 2.5.

I bought a pair of eBay for my XJ8. They were £4.99 each, they are chrome, round and with some basic attention when washing the car, and the occasional polish they look as good now as they did 5 years ago when I got them.

Why pay so much for something that can be had for so little?

Did the rear bumper cut-outs have sufficient space to accommodate the quad tips?
I kind of like it if it should fit ...

That's just done in photoshop, I've no idea in reality since my X308-plans are still on the planning stage. There was an X308 XJR for sale in Finland recently that had quad tips, but unfortunately I didn't think to save the pics from the advert.

However, one eBay seller claims that this set of tips fits the X308 without bumper modifications.

I'm now on the prowl for larger tips, there's too much space between pipe & body for me now. Anyone have any links ?!
