Here it is at idle. Please note, what you hear will depend greatly on the speakers through which you listen to it through. My computer has a subwoofer and 2 speakers connected to it, and on this pc, it sounds accurate if I really turn it up. Your experience will vary greatly depending on what you listen to it on. And note, from within the car, this is 100% inaudible.
I hope this helps someone. Im still thinking of changing the resonators with the Magnaflows like I have on my Miata. A pair of those will fit perfectly in the spot currently occupied by the stock resonators. My worry is it then may be too loud, boomy and perhaps would drone. Right now its none of those things, but from inside the car you just dont hear what you do hear from behind the car.

I sourced a really high quality, stainless steel X pipe from Amazon for peanuts. I can understand that youre not looking for power gains, but certainly you would prefer a gain to a net loss? I was looking for more power and sound, and believe Ive achieved that. When I just ran straight pipes from the cats all the way back, without any X or H pipe, I immediately noticed a loss of power, so yes, an X or H pipe is very important

Hopefully this helps. On an XJR, due to the supercharger, the gains are even greater, but still the basic concept applies X-Pipe vs. H-Pipe, What is Better for Your Exhaust System?

Check her out when you stand on her a bit. And believe it or not, that still is barely audible inside the car! Must be heard loud and on good speakers to hear it properly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZdK...ature=youtu.be.

What do you mean by lambda sonds? And why would you lose ground clearance? The X pipe would go right in place of 2 sections of pipe you cut out, and be the same diameter as the stock pipes, that has nothing to do with ground clearance at all

i watched both your videos. It actually sounds like a snarling big cat to me! Your license plate looks like we are in the same state. Any chance you’d do an install? Haha
At the very least....can you tell me specs on your custom built exhaust? Thanks
