Yes, and you will find it is very expensive.
On the aftermarket, there are only a few cars that have the same thread size and it is hard to determine if the element will fit.
The aftermarket does not list a block heater for the X308 specifically. Not even the supplier of the OEM part. Must have been an exclusive deal. The OEM installation includes a foil sheathed power cable running to the grille terminating in a flat pack connector and a pigtail with a mating flat pack connector and a household plug.
You might look at coolant heaters that install into a radiator or heater hose as an option.
You would need to ensure that the particular coolant heater is compatible with the cooling system layout as it is a bypass layout.
