Default Fuel leak = high trims?

Today I have a fuel leak on both pipes about 15cm's after the fuel pump and filter going towards the engine. Basically corroded and while the engines running each pipe drips once every couple of seconds, so quite a good leak.

Question is I also have high fuel trims which I have all but given up trying to find, I have had several garages over several hours investigate for intake leaks etc. Could a fuel leak on the pipes after the pump cause high fuel trims.

Was just wondering and hoping this has always been my problem.

Cheers

A fuel leak will not cause high trims.
