Would like to know if radiator part number MJB4190AF would fit a 2000 vanden plas base rather than using the sugested part number MNC4190AH wich is double the price finding a2000 Jaguar Vanden Plas Radiator is very difficult these days

First and foremost you shouldn’t compare your car to another car. You bought an X308 car, not an X100/X103 car. You have many choices to get an X308 radiator instead of rigging in the wrong radiator. Besides, that part number you posted for a X100 car is an aftermarket POS radiator. It’s way less efficient than the original one for that car.

Car-part.com has a multitude of X308 cars listed all over the USA. I’m positive you can find a good used radiator.

If you do your research, maybe there is a radiator repair shop somewhere within reason??

I know that Wizard cooling up in NY can recreate your radiator as well.
