Default found the source of noise from the engine bay, need to identify this part

finally I traced to the source of the noise from the engine bay coming from this part but I am not able to identify what it is exactly

noise is coming from cylinder shape piece between the radiator fan and the engine more off to the right side of the car

it is at around 8 o'clock from the AC bump.

on the top it read "Made in Germany" then PA 66-GH25

thank you

Jim?

JTIS says it's an MNC8260AC.

Be sure to follow the air bleeding process after replacing the pump. If it just sits and cavitates it could overheat and fail again.

so that is the same part as what we call the intercooler pump.

I was thinking to grade upgrade to the Bosch Highflow pump before so I think now I should consider more seriously

I am also aware the Eurotoys sells a ready to plug-in kit but price is a bit too step.of course one day I want to buy the larger intercooler itself

I wonder if I can use the Mustang Corba one and I mind to do some minor midification

Unplug the pump and see if the noise stops.

I used the mechanic sonar scope to listen and also a long screwdriver to detect the noise and vibration.

100% is coming from that "part" so I just need help to identify if that is the intercooler coolant pump

thank you

I'd like to help but I am away on business and my jag parts list is at home. Try some online parts catalogues.
