There appears to be some contradictions in the rules etc quoted here,
1. The draw will run from 22nd September. (Does this mean that those who entered on or before the 21st September will be disqualified?) The draw has started early, these entries will still be counted
2. Eligibility is open to ALL XJ owners worldwide. However, in the legalese section, it clearly states in para 1 that eligibility is restricted to legal residents of the 50 US states and DC. It is also stated in the title to this section that only X308 owners are eligible. Open to XJ owner members WORLDWIDE
3. In the free draw section it states the prize is for coolant gauge upgrade only. Value approx. $129.99 Again the legalese contradicts this stating the prize value is "Up to $279.95 and includes the oil pressure warning upgrade.
This has been amended - value $129.99 no oil pressure warning upgrade.
So, not wishing to appear either stupid or just plain ignorant, could somebody please confirm which rules apply. Thank you one and all.

LOL Richy, the competition is open from the time of my first post in this thread. (I never know whether it is Yesterday, Today, or Tomorrow on the Forum, I'm on BST Brittany Summer Time)

Yes we also noticed and commented on para 1, anyone likely to stand up and state they are illegal. Due to the international nature of the forum the competition is international.

WhiteXKR website details how this device works on the XJ8 car and what years are covered 96 -03 so if someone has an XJ8 car that falls into this area, please enter. The previous XK8 device is apparently able to work differently, hence the difference in Retail Prices.

All we wanted to do was to offer something decent as a Prize and Steve came up trumps for us.
