Front Plate Bracket

I just drilled 2 small holes for some self-tapping sheet metal screws and only installed the bottom 2 holes of plate on the lower 'lip' of the front bumper cover.
The back of the plate rests on the 'splitter-vane' and it angles down ever so slightly but I have not been 'pulled-over' and questioned about it.

I used a tilt-able universal bracket like this:

I think I drilled 2 holes up into the underside of the bumper to mount the bracket to (it’s been 5 or 6 years now).
Hmm, link doesn’t work. Enter “Bell Automotive 22-1-46230-8 Adjustable Mounting Bracket for License Plate Frame” into Amazon and I think it’s the same one.
