So, New fuel pump, Ran great for a good close to 2 hours. But, After sitting a full 24 hours we have an issue. Again, Back to no fuel pressure! All relays and fuses checked out, Power checked out, so not sure whats up!

Checked inertia switch too.

Let me add this though.

My fuel tank seems like something is clogging it, Yet there is nothing! I have to SLOWLY pour gas and it goes down but takes some time, It was bad, But its easing up a little but not enough.

So, Could there be a problem with pressure sensors or a regulation issue? Or something "Safety" wise on the tank its self causing too much pressure or too less and causing the pump to no longer kick on again?

 

Regarding fuel pressure...have you checked your fuel filter?

On the fill up issue...check your ventilation pipes...
