The little screw where you have to put the adapter on on the 19" BBS wheels has a slow leak on both of the wheels ever since they replaced the tires. Its coming right from the valve, do I need a new valve, I checked to see if its tight w/ a 12pt torx and YES it tight. Any ideas?

 

they're not torx, they're spline bits and the fastest way to destroy them is using a torx bit.

Have you screwed the valve adaptor in and out a few times with some wd40, it might be a sticky valve?

 

Maybe they took out the valve when changing the tires .

If its not the valve core.

When you take the valve bolt out of the alloy with the spline bit ,it got an rubber O-ring maybe its missing or damaged .
