At that price you can't lose. Replacing the whole arm is much easier than pressing in a new bj. I just changed out the upper and lower bj's for both sides up front and even with all the tools you could imagine and experienced mechanics assisting me, it was still a massive pain in the ***. We wound up taking an oxy acetylene torch and burning straight through the old one. This route is definitely the way to go.

Just so you know -- despite the advertising -- none of the DP and/or HT parts ever visited Germany or the UK ... unless maybe as lost baggage.
All asian and indian aftermarket -- be careful ......... If you do all your own work and don't mind doing it again if it fails ... then .............. but I would not pay someone to install it.
Do a search

Do a google search on Deutsche Parts USA and Hamburg Technik. They sell garbage. Honestly don't waste your time and risk your life.
I've encountered these 3 problems personally.
1. I bought a set for my BMW 740IL I used to own. Both lower ball-joints failed and developed slack within a month.
2. At the same time we swapped a complete set (all arms)on my buddies 530i, all rubber failed within a year.
3. I bought a lower control arm once for my 911 TT, thinking how can I go wrong with the price, and the ball-joint failed/snapped at the threads as I was tightening it on the car.
They sell Indian(with the dot) made junk
PS. I just remembered a 4th one. My buddy put a set on his Audi A6 and as he was driving back from the mechanic the upper control arm let go. He limped it home and traded it in the next day.

I've been getting some of my stuff from here, and I like them -
Control Arm - JLM21302
That for the control arm (right). They also sell the ball joints separately, but that might be more work. I haven't taken this on yet so I don't know. Let us know how you get on.

The best you can hope for is getting the OEM outside of the dealer network. With the small production .......the parts are often not available.
It is the cost of owning a Jaguar .......... this is why you can have so many problems with an old one bought from an owner not wiling to spend the money to keep it up.
