Question Headlining color

Hi,

I have found a dealer who sells replacement headlinings in three colors: limestone, oatmeal or nimbus grey. As the interior of my XJ8 / MY2000 is beige it is supposed to be limestone or oatmeal, definitely not nimbus grey.

The codes of my car are: Paint: JHG, Trim: SDZ ER but the headlining dealer cannot help me which one to chose.

Can anybody help me clarify this? Maybe my English is not good enough to identify the difference between limestone and oatmeal.

Thanks
Thomas

Trim code SDZ is cashmere, therefore the headliner should be oatmeal.

There is a trim code decoder in the stickies.

Hi, thank you for your answer - but : How do you know that SDZ refers to AGD (even the dealer did not know)? And what means stickies (I could not translate that :-) ? Thanks Thomas

At the top of each section of the forums, there are general information posts that are "stuck" in place and never move ... hence called "stickies".

Here's the one you're ooking for:

From what I can make out, the X308 only had 2 choices of headliner colour, Oatmeal or Nimbus Grey.

So by default, if your headliner is not Grey it must be Oatmeal.
