Default Helo!, stuck aerial mast

Hi

I cut off the top half but for the life of me I cannot yank the remaining antenna out. It's stuck in there. I used WD40 in hopes of easing it up but that's done nothing

Put 12 volts to the antenna motor it should power up and out.

The base of the antenna has small spring clips that hold the bottom of the mast into its housing. It takes a bit of force to yank the mast fully free.
