Hi folks....does anyone have a suggestion as to what I've done!!!
I have a 199 V reg v8 3.2 xj sport. I jacked it up last week and took the wheel off but before I could get my axle stands underneath, it fell off the jack and landed heavily on the FOS wheel disc. It now wont start or move out of park. The following messages are now constantly showing....Engine failsafe mode. Gearbox fault. Suspension fault. Electrical fault and wrong part fitted.
Have I killed it?

Has it tripped the inertia switch?
It is located behind the right hand kick panel.
Details are on page 71 of the drivers handbook.

Hi Andrew...Thanks a bunch.......put the charged battery on this morning and went through the inertia switch reset and every things OK....no fault messages and I can move the gear selector now.....I can now get back to sorting the starter motor, which I was doing in the first place, but i'll place the axle stands before taking the wheel off .What a relief.
