That’s an anatomical model in the back seat. I’m not a serial killer.

Looks like there are some clips that pry off.

 

Found the attached. It looks like it slides out of the tracks once the rear headliner part is removed and the cable disconnected

 

These are removable?? Dang I wish I'd known this years ago when x308's were plentiful at junkyards, I would have grabbed one to repair my broken one. I had just assumed they were integrated into the track and the whole thing needed to be replaced as an assembly, since I didn't see the individual part listed on jag dealer exploded views.
