Default Hi from Newbie

Hi Everyone,
I have been a lurker here for the past 3+ years or so while I searched for "my Jag." I finally found a nice black/tan 01 XJR with 59K on the clock, so I'm picking it up tomorrow. It took a long time to find the right car, but I was patient.

I have learned a lot from you guys over the past few years and it really helped me find the right car for me. Thanks!

FYI, and FWIW, I was a moderator on the "Lincolns on line" site, so I look forward to contribiting to this site in the future.

Also, if anyone needs a Carfax, I have four left to pull on my account. Send me a PM and I'll try to get it for the first four that contact me, free, of course.

I am located in central Florida. My best to you all.

Hi Vector! Like you I have learned tons from this forum and actually purchased another jag this week. I purchased an X type for my wife this week. She is in love. With the jag of course. I think she is going to start sleeping in the garage. Can't wait to see your picks. My 01 XJ has been a dream.

That's why it took so long for me to find "the one!" Also, a bounus was that the longer I looked the lower the price went! LOL! I finally couldn't hold out any longer when I found this black beauty.

Vector, Very sweet ride, love the interior. Has anyone sat in that car for the past 10 years? Looks clean!
As you know, this forum is solid, with good people who love their autos. Unlike you, I didn't find this forum until after I got my R. Live and learn...and again, congrats on your new ride!
