Default How do my secondary tensionsers look? Do I have the updated ones?

So I'll be soon getting my jag back together when I get the heads back from the machine shop in a couple days and I had a question about my timing chain tensioners. Do I have the updated version of them and how do they look? How can I tell if they need replacing.
Thanks.

That's the guide, what would be plastic would be the body and yours are metal (yeah!). If it were plastic it'd be a burnt orange color body with a crack at the base of the plunger usually...thus the need to replace.
