Default How long to reach 40 degrees?
Hi all,
Weird question but maybe someone out there has done such tests with a scanner.
How long does it take for the car to warm up past 40degrees when idle?

Barring your thermostat is working, it should be around 3-5 minutes at idle, the thermostat should be opening at 185 (85C).
It must be weird question day...someone else asked how much the motor weighed.
