How to pull air compressor?

Its actually much easier than it looks. Remove the left front wheel and all the forward plastic fasteners holding the wheel well liner, then you can pull it back and you'll see that you have access to everything. It's still a bit tight to remove the bolts from the hose connectors at the back of the compressor, but doable with an 8mm stubby gearwrench as I recall. In order to make room to tilt the compressor and drop it out the bottom, you'll have to disconnect the pressure hose from the power steering pump and drain some fluid. Not a whole lot comes out, maybe a cup or so but when you put it back, you'll then of course have to refill the reservoir and bleed the air out of the power steering system. Not a big deal, but an extra step and more supplies you need to have on hand. I've done it enough times now that I've got it down to about 25 minutes out and 30 back in and all buttoned up, not including servicing the refrigerant or jacking the car up.
