Hurricane Matthew casualty : Codes upon codes ?!
Returned home after the storm to find my baby structurally sound but w/ dead battery(was expected). Upon cranking I get Restricted Performance,P0327,P0335,P0121(crankshaft,knock sensor, throttle position). I cleared out the codes & restarted several times the only code that remains is the P0121(throttle position code) & the dreaded "restricted performance" .
I'm sure this is battery related as I've never had these before. The battery's new and tests as such, just the car sat for a week in heavy rain.
Is a "hard reset" my only option here I've cleared the codes via Torque OBD a few times. I did notice the clock did not require resetting so I assume the ECU still has the fault codes stored from when the battery dropped too low to power all the sensors the codes referred to.

If you can have the key on, engine off, then clear the code(s), disconnect the battery cables & touch them together, charge the battery over night, check/clean the engine ground under the engine (due to all the the water/humidity) reconnect the battery cables and then perform a hard reset that would be ideal.

So far, it sounds like a battery issue to me.
Batteries which have gone deep can cause strange effects on our cars.
A good battery tender might revive it, otherwise you are up for a new one.
PS. I always do a hard reset with the key in pos II.
Not sure there is scientific evidence this clears more systems, but figured it can't harm either .

Update : Well today she fired up with zero codes & no reset needed !
Hurricane Mathew : 0
Jaguar : 1
Update v2.0 : Spoke too soon, as on spirited freeway driving it went into "engine fail safe" P0121 Code as I took an off ramp(throwing the throttle sensor code) I reset via Torque & received no more faults on the residual drive. To be safe I'll just reset tomm. or maybe tonight, my neighbors surely love me in my driveway, dabbling on my cars after midnight with a flashlight in my mouth & a cup of Jamaica rum in hand lol.

Love the Jamaica Rum part ... enough of that will clear any code .
I still think it is voltage related, you might consider to clean and rough up:
- the power contacts in the trunk (battery clamps itself, and the contacts at the main fuses (in the small black box in front of the spare wheel))
- the battery ground strap point.
- the power contacts in the engine bay (false bulkhead on the right, and the ones between the fuse boxes on the left.
- there are also 2 under the rear seats, but as they are inside, probably not bad.
All in all ~1/2hr work without rum.
- clean some of the ground points (but that is a lot more work...).
