I need a radiator fan relay

Took my wife out for dinner, on way back home stopped at the store and heard the fan running when I got out (have heard it before), but it was still running when we got back in the car about 5 minutes later. Stopped again at my daughters place and fan continued to run. Had to pull #14 fuse to get it to shut off. Realized after I got under hood, top fan is running wide open and bottom isn't coming on at all. If I replace fuse top fan starts back up. Based on what I've read it appears the fan control relay is cooked. 2 questions where can I get a replacement? and how do I get to the relay?

Thanks to those that looked, but I got lucky and found a relay on E-bay for 30 bucks (salvage) but guaranteed to work. I found a photo of a car with the bumper off that detailed the location of the relay. If it helps anyone else out there, run the car up on ramps, drop the plastic skid plate on the bottom of the front bumper, locate the coolant overflow tank in front of the drivers side front wheel. Relay hangs on a bracket on the outside face of the overflow tank. You can slide the relay off the bracket by grasping firmly and pulling down. From there it's easy to disconnect it from the harness and test the leads if you're so inclined.
