Based on what I hear and see, number one check is battery voltage - what is your car's battery showing (have you a multimeter?)
Number 2 - the key module housing is glass, that sounds like it's broken. Have you any mobile locksmiths, specializing in cars locally? A forum member recently posted a brilliant service that pulled the chip's code and cloned it onto a blank then cut the blank, I'll see if I can find it as it may be of help.

Personally I think the key's module is trashed for starting the car, it's shouldn't ring like in your video. It can still be used for trunk, glovebox and drivers door though.
The dealer should be able to pull the key code and supply a new key but you'll need to be sat down when they hand you the invoice.
