I'm thinking engine mounts??

I'm thinking engine mounts??
If i get on the throttle pretty hard from a dead stop I feel Like something is lifting up from the torque of the engine and then it drops back down again. Not a big bang but it does kind of drop with some force.
The transmission is 14 months old and dealer installed so my inclination is to trust the transmission mounts so I'm guessing either a failed or unbolted engine mount.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Eric

It could also be the vee mounts. But that is described as noticable under braking more than acceleration.
If the motor mount, you should be able to see deterioration or leakage. You can also pop the hood and see if the motor moves excessively when the gas is applied while holding it against the brakes.
LHS is the usual culprit as it takes the most abuse.

Eric,
Parts Catalogue is the best illustration of where these parts are and what they look like.
The Vee Mountings (item 5) are bolted between the top of the Front Crossbeam and the body (location arrowed in red). The Engine Mountings go in the location arrowed in blue:
The Hydraulic Engine Mounting are a rubber and metal composite:
These are attached to the engine on brackets.
