Default Interesting thing after programming new remote fob

I got a used remote from ebay for $10 and it works great. I was able to program it with no problems. However when I locked the car and left, the next time I came back to the car and open the locks with the remote the driver's seat was raised all the way up and and pushed all the way forward. Could this remote have been previously programed to move the position of the drivers seat by the previous owner? Is that even possible???

Yes, that is exactly what happened. The fob will activate the seat memory coded to the fob. Unlock the car and then program the memory 1 (or 2). That should link your fob to the memory.
