How do I find the color code for my 2000 XJ8 L?

It seems that they could have apportioned a much more classy name than “Oatmeal”?

Now now Randy... as far as I'm concerned Oatmeal might have been a strange name choice but, to be honest, they could have called it anything at all from my perspective.

That is certainly true, however I would have cast my vote for caramel, tawny,
chestnut or fawn.....anything but oatmeal!

Your interior and exterior code is on the driver door jamb if that is your question.

My German car does not have any other sticker or plate other than enginebay one. Nothing in door jams etc. How I can make sure what interior trim my car had from the factory ?

If you do not know the color name, contact your local Jaguar dealer with your VIN number and the parts
department should be able to provide it to you.
