Interior Trim

Interior Trim
I am the shop foreman at my fathers upholsery shop. A dealership recently brought a 2002 Jaguar XJR to our shop to get the headliner replaced. Looking at the trim pieces that frame the headliner on the roof I see that some one else has already attempted to do this headliner and barely chipped a few of the plastic pieces. It is intimidating because I do not just want to TEAR into this vehicle. Does anyone out there have any experience in taking off these side trim pieces or having them replaced? Thanks for the read and I hope to get a reply.

Fisher,
To remove the trim you must remove:
1. O'crap bars by unscrewing the 2 torx screws under the silver caps
2. Remove sunvisor screws 4 per side
3. Reomve over head console
4. Remove 2 retaining screws in rear window area
5. All trim should be able to come out now
You may have to fold the board to reomve from vehicle, but don't worry it will return to it's original form.
