Default It's been one year!

Hello everyone! Hope all is well. Today marks the day a year ago that I got handed over the keys to my new car: a '01 XJ8. I was so happy; when I first drove it I fell in love; I just can not put it in words.

Over the past year; she's had her fair share of problems. From the sunroof leaking, battery dying, and electrical problems those hot summer days.

The Jag also puts up with my sub-par teenage driving skills; I have to admit I did cause a few scratches. But; those are all learning experiences to make me a better driver and a better DIY'er.

I could not ask for a better car or for a better community to help out. The forums have been amazing; and cannot wait for the years to come in the Jag and on here.

There really is something about a Jag.

Ditto, I have just passed the 3 year mark and don't intend trading in my XJ8 anytime soon. If it crashed and burned tomorrow I'd go straight out and buy another one no question, the only other car I'd consider would be an XJS but I'd miss the V8 power thats for sure !
