I've changed these 15 things in the last 2 months, I now have 650 HP+ on tap :)

I really hope nothing too serious. Maybe just clogged breather system with lot of blue smoke which went even worse when added more oil before the race, but better to make cylinder pressure test as well as check cylinder walls with endoscope. I am ready for any bad news... Even with big engine problems car run 12.5/110.

It is just a wild guess on my part that a catch can could be of use to you because the blue smoke might just be lots of oil being blown in to your intake since you are at such a high boost, and that it might not be damaged rings...
I say this with the disclaimer that I am not a mechanic, and don't really know, but since I think it is a possibility, I though I would throw it out there.
Catch cans are cheap and very easy to install, so I think it would be worth a try to get a good one and put it on.

Given he is running so much boost, and as you said, these tend to spew a lot of oil into the intake track, the catch can might solve this problem.
There may be other problems, but at least, this one is easy, cheap, and fast to try.
Given he said it got worse when he added oil, it might be related to some venting issue....or not...

This is who I went with:
Billet Technology Signature Series Catch Can 5.7 or 6.1 Hemi Engines
I had to modify the plastic hose to work with the catch can (cut and used high heat/strength adhesive) to get it to work. Also made a custom mount. So far no issues.

Always try to find a root cause with anything you might experience. Just an inbalance in the flow of the 2 engine breathers can already cause more oil to come thru on the 4.2 str and cause the blue smoke on startup.
When looking at a picture of your intake, you have a larger diameter lh side breather allowing more flow, that can already cause your blue smoke issue. You must keep it the same size as original.

So where is your low 12 second new purchase? Photos please I'm curious what you got.
Other than getting the nitrous working, my car is now DONE ! YEAH!
I totaled all costs, and it adds up to a little less than $16,000 including all new maintenance parts and all upgrades. Thanks ebay

If oil is being sucked into the vacuum side of the inlet, remove your intercoolers and get the residue out as soon as you can, before it clogs them and restricts flow and reduces heat transfer.
if you want to test the catch can theory before buying one, make one out of a glass jar and some hose, it wont take long to see the amount of oil you are losing, remember it needs to be fully sealed.- 4 or 5 drops of oil will give smoke

What gears are in the rearends? Whats the rear suspension 3 link 4 link? You don't want to drag race with the traction control on,you need to get some better tires like a pair of micky Thompson drag radials. Then at the track foot brake it till the tires just start to break loose. Remember going threw the water box unless you have skinny front tires is no good as well as doing a burn out on street tires. Are these cars uni bodies or full frame? And just saying my buddies 08 335i BMW made 406/447 to the wheels and runs 11.6 on drag radials with a 1.7 60'

The car was in a shop today. The blue smoke problem was over 3-4 days after the race. Cylinder pressure ( 125-133PSI ) and engine leakdown ( 10-14% ) tests were ok in all cylinders. Breather hoses were not clogged. At the same time plugs were changed to one range colder NGK Iridiums. The filter inside the oil sump was 70-80% clogged. It was washed as well as the sump. Oil was changed to 10-60W racing oil.

Have a look at the Kenne Bell website. There is a write up there of why they think the Denso U-groove 1 step colder spark plugs are better than the iridium.
