Here is another video of the development of the X300 (not X308) that is similar to the video of the Jaguar XJ40 video. It is interesting to see the improvments Jaguar has made in their R&D equipment from the 80s to the early 90s.

Yeah I can't understand a word either.

In comparison to the XJ40 video, the Ford influence on R&D seems like it really helped Jaguar. R&D looked much more substantial despite the X300 really just being a reskin of the XJ40.

Those R&D offices with the rows of computer terminals looks terribly boring. Even the engineers look tired and bored!
